Before applying the product, check that the support is clean and free of traces of oil, grease, silicone, contaminating waxes or soil materials. If repair is needed, apply appropriate repair mortars.
It is necessary to start from a porous concrete support, without grout and free of curing liquids.
Minimum compressive strength of concrete: 15 N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength of concrete: 1 N/mm2.
If in doubt, carry out a test before application.
Before applying, confirm that the temperature and humidity requirements are as required. The support must have a maximum residual humidity. < 10%. It is important to control the dew point to prevent condensation from occurring and avoid whitish areas on the coating.

Primer: We recommend using a primer appropriate to the characteristics of the support. Let dry completely before applying. (Approx. 2-6 hours). If in doubt, perform an adhesion test.
Beat the product before use with the help of a low-speed electric stirrer (300-400 rpm) to avoid the inclusion of air in the mixture.
Mix the product with EPDM or rubber granules at a ratio of 9:1 by weight. The exact proportion will depend on the amount of dust contained in the granules, which should be reduced to a minimum.
The mixing time is at least 4 minutes depending on the size of the batches and the type of agitator used. If you beat too much, occluded air bubbles may appear.
The product is presented ready for use. If a solvent is required, use FUTURSOLVENT-001.
Apply with trowel. Spread the material previously mixed with the aggregate using a trowel or ruler for spreading.

Once the container is opened, we recommend its complete consumption.
Stable for 12 months from its manufacturing date, in its original, well-closed and undamaged container.
Store in a dry and cool place at temperatures between +5ºC and +25ºC.
To clean materials and utensils, use FUTURSOLVENT-001 before the product hardens. Once the product has hardened it can only be removed by mechanical means.
